As someone who works closely with this team, I’ve personally seen the love, compassion, and urgency they bring to families during incredibly difficult times. They work hard to make patients comfortable while supporting families every step of the way. It’s truly special care provided by special people.
I am deeply disappointed with the experience my family had with this hospice service. What should have been a compassionate and supportive environment during a very difficult time turned into a constant source of stress and frustration. First and foremost, the lack of proper care was alarming. It took weeks to receive needed medication and when asked about what was the hold up we were met with multiple excuses.
