no..never again! i just got turned down for a loan..which would have been my 6th with your company! no loyalty shown to me after all these years and about 50 plus thousand dollars paid to your company!!!! im rethinking about closing my account and withdrawing my money. SO NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

I’ve banked here for 30 years this month starting back when it was FECU and have used many of their services over the years. I have only one complaint. Whose bright idea was it to discontinue the customer calendars this year?! Whoever it was, (along with whoever approved the recommendation), needs to be spanked! We LOVE those calendars! Other than that, keep up the good work, Allegiance.

Inconsistent with keeping up with my payments. Tried to tell me I missed a month’s payment when I paid it. Tried to explain I already paid it, lady was very rude. After we pay our truck off I’m never using them again. Oh yeah, and if you’re even 1 or 2 days late with your payment prepare to be heckled by mail and telephone.
This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with! Been with them since November and they will NOT do anything for me! Yes I get I have a second chance bank account but come on quit telling me what you think I want to hear! I dont need you to promise sprinkles when all you are going to do is drop shit on what you said!! Also piss poor customer service, but Oklahoma seems to lack a decent level of customer service so, you get what you get!
