This is a great credit union they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. If you had a problem your just use to the bank BS. An not real service sorry for you. Me and my family uses ACU an it has been the best.
I have been banking here for almost 15 years. Staff is great but as far as business goes they fall short of almost every other bank or credit union. If you have direct deposit, it doesn't go through until 7 to 9 the morning you get paid. While most other banks deposit the money midnight the night before. So even though your money is in their hands and should be in your account they will charge over draft fees on EVERYTHING even for withdrawals that come out THE SAME MORNING YOUR CHECK IS SUPPOSED TO BE DEPOSITED even if you ... read more
Allegiance doesn't value their customers and has poor customer service. If you want good service and reasonable fees and interest rates join Oklahoma Employee Credit Union. They are the best!
We switched to ACU to get a mortgage refi. Never thought I would LOVE banking this much. Great rates, my kids love Earnie's Corner, and overall personal high-quality personal service. It's the best decision we've made for our finances.
Great Staff a little out of the way since I moved but still wouldn't trade for any other financial institution
