Everyone seems so wonderful at the branch on Western! I wish you guys would put one closer to my house in the Midwest City/Del City area! Hard for me to get to deposit anything since I live further away than I work.

Unreliable online banking service. Can crash for days at a time. No after hours customer service.
I have banked banking here for decades. After a divorce, they forced me into a $12 per month checking account!?! Why? Was with the Bank for decades. I have deposited checks worth thousands but recently they put a hold on a small amount check. 5 day hold. Fees, holds on checks, poor cust service, not friendly as used to be have forced me away ... if I didn’t live check to check they prob would care more but they don’t care about individual accounts so do t waste your time with this bank
