Always friendly and helpful staff. They great each person with a smile and welcoming personalities! The waiting room has coffee as well as hot and cold water available. Plenty of seating while you wait.
We drove an hour and a half to look at a truck at a different dealership and had the absolute worst experience! We left furious and headed back home. I decided to stop and google if there was another dealer close by and received directions to Allegheny. We ran into Gary walking back from the parking lot and he changed our whole day. Always have a great experience here with all of our car repair needs. The team is professional, honest, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Repairs are done quickly and correctly, and the customer service is excellent every time. Highly recommend this dealership and service department to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive service!
Out of state buyer, this was the closest dealer that had a new RAV 4 on the lot. Gary Meyer was exceptional. Him and the team made things quick and seamless. I wish i lived closer as they would be my go to dealer for service and anything I need for the vehicle. In the future I’d make the drive and purchase from here again and will recommend friends and family!
