The absolute best.
Allegheny Toyota is very friendly thus far. I just purchased a 2024 Tacoma 3 months ago and had a couple questions. I accidentally called Marks cell phone instead of the dealership and he picked up right away and answered all my questions on his day off. I mentioned not using this number, being his cell phone, but he insisted if I had more questions just use this number. Very glad a salesman cares that much even after he makes a sale on his day off. Well done
Our salesperson, Mark, was exceptional. Courteous, knowledgeable, sharing a ton of information. Not in the least brass or pushy!! Finance came back (after just one return) with a perfectly reasonable trade in value on our somewhat dated SUV. This was possibly the best car-buying experience ever (and we're in our 70's) We would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota!!
I bought a Highlander from them in 2018 and they have treated me well each time I was there. I didn't feel like I got ripped off, and - being a Toyota - runs perfectly. I will consider buying my next car from here.
