They damaged my vehicle during a predatory tow and are refusing liability, driver and owner both refused to provide me their insurance, and on top of that they are violating both 9-605(7)(c)(1)(a) and also 9-605(11)(c)(.3) regarding their fees as well as 9-605(3)(c)(.8). They towed my car saying it was In private parking spot but how when the car was parked in Taco Bell parking lot? Told my bf its a 5-10 min parking limit but there’s no sign that says that .They goes to say I have a ticket on my car but when I ask for the documents they told me they don’t have any for me and they have to hold my car for 30 days . This business needs to be shut down ASAP! Came and towed my car and 14 others in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. Have been parking my car in my apartment complex for years, and even have a parking permit but yet they towed my car causing me to miss work, and not being able to drop off my daughter at daycare. Very poor customer service, and employees are rude.
