GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!! (I will not use any names) Dentist pulled a tooth when I was not through all antibiotics. I said I’m only 3 days into antibiotics. He said it’ll be fine and made me sign something. No integrity whatsoever!!!! Infection spread and root was exposed on tooth next to one extracted. I ended up having bone lose, abscess, infection, procedure after procedure all due to the carelessness of this practice. 'Dr.' Scott Godwin and his posse of 'assistants' were ridiculously immature adults, VERY unprofessional. Also, I was not informed of the TOTAL cost, up front, for the services I was seeking. A terrible business model. Compassion? What you would discover is an utter lack thereof in 'Dr.' Godwin. My recommendation: "A Hard NO!" One star, because I can't post ZERO!
I have severe dental anxiety..but I did alot of research and I found this place to have the best reviews of both bedside manner and aftercare. Dr. Godwin was super nice and calming. He walked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it. He made sure to keep asking if I was OK and not in any pain. Everyone from the scheduling to the assistant helping him were truly wonderful. 3 days later and I have no pain and no swelling. I will definitely be back in the future!
Clerical staff here are ridiculously rude and unhelpful. Truly so unkind when I was just trying to gather information. She acted like I was an idiot and kept telling me to refer to the website rather than answer my questions.
