We went on an open house tour and had a great time. It was fascinating to learn about the history Pittsburgh has with astronomy (as well as timekeeping). Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and eager to share, and no questions felt too simple for an answer. We were able to look through two of the telescopes as well!
Amazing place, is awesome. They do these tours that allow you to look through the telescopes at the night sky, sometimes Saturn sometimes a star or two. Beautiful interior of this building with marble and wood trim.
