Do not use then. THEY IMPROPERLY SET UP MY CPAP AND MESSED IT ALL UP. CAUSING ME TO STUGGLE TO BREATH. I HAD TO GO THREW UPMC TO FIX IT BECAUSE THEY REFUSED. The employees scream and cuss at you when you call. Stay away. As upmc stated. I could have had major complacations due to ahn will be reporting to pa dept of health

This has to be the worst customer service in Pittsburgh. Not because they’re rude in my experience. But because almost nothing is sent on time. You won’t be contacted on time when you need supplies. The forms won’t be sent when they say they will. My entire experience getting my cpap and trying to get supplies when I’m supposed to has been a nightmare. Not sure if it’s lack of staff, lack of organization, or lack of care, but it’s damn frustrating.

The portable commodes are a piece of garbage, not worthy of providing any dignity to the elderly who deserve better quality. Driver used a hammer to bend the metal when assembling the back bar. The metal broke after a couple days. The toilet bucket is the smallest, most uncomfortable piece of garbage.

I just called AHN Medical Equipment after finally getting the correct number and option (after searching online and given wrong information from BC/BS). The woman answering the phone only said, "hello." so I had no idea who I was calling. I asked, "Is this AHN?". After a long pause, she said, yeaaaah?". So I told her I was looking for the DME department and she slowly said (after another pause), "o--kaaay?" I could go on but every question was answered with zero information and a response in a question format. How frustratin... read more
