My provider provided them with a prescription for a light weight portable oxygen concentrator. They removed my old equipment and brought a unit that weighed 25 pounds and expected me to use it, which I refused. And left me with a full size oxygen tank. Which I’m supposed to haul behind my walker. They know the right unit but are either lying or don’t have one. My provider has sent them at least three faxes to resolve and now i’m stuck at home for the holiday weekend because they just won’t do their job AHN should be ashamed ... read more
They were supposed to bring equipment today. No show, no call, nothing. Never notified me they were not coming. I waited in my residence all day and nothing worst service ever.
One of the worst places to get medical equipment from every single month and every single time I order something from here it’s a complete mess. I’ve had issues with invoices. I’ve had issues with them sending me the wrong stuff. I’ve had issues with them overcharging me. I’ve had issues With billing. The whole thing is a complete mess. I’m switching from here. Will never use this place again.
Do not use then. THEY IMPROPERLY SET UP MY CPAP AND MESSED IT ALL UP. CAUSING ME TO STUGGLE TO BREATH. I HAD TO GO THREW UPMC TO FIX IT BECAUSE THEY REFUSED. The employees scream and cuss at you when you call. Stay away. As upmc stated. I could have had major complacations due to ahn will be reporting to pa dept of health
This has to be the worst customer service in Pittsburgh. Not because they’re rude in my experience. But because almost nothing is sent on time. You won’t be contacted on time when you need supplies. The forms won’t be sent when they say they will. My entire experience getting my cpap and trying to get supplies when I’m supposed to has been a nightmare. Not sure if it’s lack of staff, lack of organization, or lack of care, but it’s damn frustrating.
