Michele is my nurse..she is very nice and personable. Great at her job and very knowledgeable. My supplies were delivered and could not be happier with my experience
I was scheduled for a 9 a.m. home infusion. The day prior, a nurse whom I have never heard of contacted me about coming at 7:30 am. I told her that isn't preferred as I haven't been sleeping and was on 4 hrs. She said she'd call in the morning. I woke up for the appt (even though I didn't get to sleep until 3:45) and never heard anything. I tried calling the nurse twice and it took her until nearly 9:30 to get back to me after a no show when I specifically took a day off of work and i had informed her i was already scheduled... read more
From December 2023 to September I had no issues. But starting in October it's been one hot mess after another. They forgot half my shipment, denied it, and made my home healthcare nurse do an audit of my supplies. Wtf happened in the last few months where you don't send supplies and then blame the patient?
