I've always enjoyed the care i've received, but at my PCP wellness appointment in January I was sick and they did a flu / covid nasal swab. I received a bill for over $214 after my insurance coverage b/c AHN charged $1150 for the nasal swab for an in-network appt because they put it through as a hospital cost. Infuriating.
Had a visit with PA Eric not sure of his last name. He was great ! Checked my lungs & xray for them & also checked out my sinuses as they were infected as well. He checked my records & saw i was allergic to many antibiotics & figured out what to order for me. In& out in under an hour and a few minutes. Awesome work!
Went here to try to get a PCP doctor. The doctor I saw, talked over me the whole time, answered questions he asked me himself. Asked me about my religious beliefs and then made horrible comments under his breath during my visit. That's the quick story of my experience. I filled out a complaint and was told they saw nothing wrong with my interaction. If you are looking for a doctor, do not go to this office. I understand why they have so many one-star reviews.
