Says they are open at 7am no one is there diabetes educator said they don't even come in until 8:30am
When I schedule an appointment with the doctor, I expect to be seen by the doctor. More than once a nurse practioner or PA was there. Unacceptable. Every other doctors office I have asks if you wish to make an appointment with the PA or nurse practioner. Its your choice. And if an emergency happens, they call you and state that the doctor won't be available but the PA is here. Is that okay or would you like to reschedule. Not at this place. And when you call them out on it, they tell you you are being rude.

Absolute disaster. Waited 2 hours for my telemed/phone call appt for test results I had. Nearing the two hour mark I was called saying the doctor (moturi) was in a meeting and needs to reschedule. Not acceptable or appropriate. Jenna the np or pa was wildly condescending and rude on previous calls prior to today also.
