I started to call the health department in May 2025 due to the condition of my home. My landlord and I are basically at war. Make a long story short it took them 2 months to get back to me or even come to do inspection. My landlord is now taking me to court and they come do the inspection 6 days before my court date. Back in 2016 I know it does not have anything to do with now but I called the health department on who has been a long time ago former landlord who is a slum landlord and by the time they were done he had enough violations that the ACHD what is the Allegheny County health department seized 5 of his houses and a lot and he was told that he could not rent them out until he paid the fine that was owed to the Health Department. But I guess they took a payoff from him because people are living in his places
