Very fast unloading(30 mins). Has overnight parking.

Fast unload and lots of room.
Very difficult to get in your door. You will likely need to jump the curve in front of you to make room. The building itself is angled so it gets a bit easier depending on your door. You can turn around by driving behind the building along the river all the way in the back. I believe this is also the shipping area.
