Nice building and great staff
Highly recommend Pivot. From Lori who made scheduling friendly, efficient and convenient to Phil and Ruth who developed a plan to work on my strength and balance. It's much appreciated when an experience combines effective treatment with pleasant, caring folks. Would not hesitate to return to Pivot should the need arise.

I had such a great experience at Pivot. I’m a new runner and had been having some knee and ankle pain. Sarah walked me through different strengthening exercises and stretches and explanations of what had been happening and how to prevent it going forward. I left and she said hopefully they won’t be seeing me again. I’ve continued running and haven’t had the same pain. Thanks Sarah and the team at Pivot! If I have any other issues I’ll be sure to come back!
