As much as I would like to give this pharmacy 5stars I just can't I always have an issue with them either having my medication ready on time they always say we have to order it can have it ready by tomorrow even when i give them a week's advance noticed about my medication and they still slack on it a week should be enough time to order and receive my medication ! The male that answers the phone is either new or slow i dont know how many times i have given my mother's home health aid permission to call and pick up medication... read more
THIS IS THE BEST PHARMACY I'VE EVER HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH. I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS PHARMACY SINCE 2020. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. NOT ONLY DO THEY DELIVER, THEY DEAL WITH YOU HANDS ON AND MY FAMILY IS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I RECOMMEND ALLEGHENY APOTHECARY TO EVERYONE. NO MATTER WHERE I MOVE TO, I BELIEVE AND KNOW THAT THEY WILL BE THERE FOR ME.

This pharmacy is amazing! The very 1st time I went there, the pharmacist was incredibly helpful and even lent me the money for my 1$ copay! I returned with my next prescription - only this time with 2$ for my 1$ copay haha . I couldn't believe how helpful they were. They remembered me, to this day, they always greet me by name, and make me feel like an old friend everytime I walk in; I'll never go anywhere else. Excellent customer service - something you just don't get at big pharmacies.
Employees are always very helpful and respectful!
