This is the worst place on the world. I called to schedule an appointment and was told if I make it before 11:30 that i could be seen. I called to see where this place was at 11:27am. And was told that she is doing my paperwork. When I walked in at 11:29am so other lady said that I could not be seen today. Total waist of time and very unprofessional.
My exam was quick, and the staff was friendly. I purchased a pair of glasses in March, but I crushed them by accident this December. The warranty guaranteed their replacement, and I have new frames and lenses coming today!

I've come here for 5 or 6 years and this time around, I've decided not to come back. Doctor seems to dislike her job and comes off as cold. Sales person didnt inform me of a bogo sale they were having so I spent more than I had to - that seemed shady to me. I really try to be loyal to the places I go but this place has definitely declined in customer service.
