Was overcharged by $255 and when I went back in and complained I was told I will have to wait 2 weeks for a refund!! This place has went downhill since their change over!! My family of 3 will be looking for a new eye doctor!
VERY rude people!!!! Will NEVER return!! Don't waste your time here and find a place your welcomed and not looked at like your from another planet!!!
I stopped in to make my appt. The staff were very courteous, knowledgeable and took their time to explain my benefits to me. They offered expert advice and I am so very greatful I stopped in. Great customer service is a rare find in this town. Allegany Optical has definitely gone above and beyond. See you on the 1st.

The staff in the optical store is always professional and friendly. They take their time to help me choose a frame that looks the best and never rush me to make a selection.
