Cheryl Emmart always goes the extra mile for her patients! She treats everyone with personal care and makes you feel heard and seen. She understands the insurance, but she also gives you advice on what glasses look good on you too!
This was my first time at this location and my first time having a virtual assisted visit. I was pleasantly surprised how it went. Britney was awesome being in the office and getting me set up and doing the tests prior to seeing the eye doctor. Once she was done, we went to the next office in which the doctor go online and walked me through an appointment as if they were there. They never answer the phone here. It just goes straight to voicemail everytime. Its impossible to get anyone to talk to unless you go into the office.
