Had a fitting issue with new glasses. I did not have an appointment but I was seen immediately and they not only adjusted my glasses but also recommended a larger nose piece to help stop the slipping. Such a friendly environment p
We really enjoy all the staff at this location, but specifically Mandi stands out the most. She is always helpful and knowledgeable about products and services. But more than that she’s kind. Vision health, glasses and contacts can be an expensive investment and she never pushes us to “buy more”. My child had broken, discontinued frames and instead of turning us away she grabbed the glue and made them work, while we wait for the new pair to come in.
