I have been to SO many dentists in my life! I had 2 teeth filled by Dr. James Kiefer. This was the very first time ever in my life that I felt absolutely NO pain!! He and his assistant were so polite and professional! I finally found my forever dentist!! The complete staff at Allegany Dental Care on Virginia Ave. in Hagerstown, Md. are the absolute best!!! Thank you all!!!

Per my insurance, i was going to the cavetown office. Dr Keifer recently moved to this office and we were happy to follow. Closer to home for me. The staff is always friendly, patient, and kind. Dr. Keifer is great with my kids and myself. Hygienist are always friendly and do good work.
This is the worst dental practice I've ever been to in my life! I've never had anxiety or been nervous about seeing a dentist until this place. I was treated horribly the staff and the doctor was incompetent. I went in for a basic crowns on my two front teeth. The girl burned me multiple times using the uva light. Process was supposed to take a week it took three. My partial no longer fits, my bite is messed up and then after seeing a different dentist come to find out the crowns are not even placed correctly. Excellent dental practice. Extremely friendly staff, and has gotten me in within 24h whenever I was in pain. I wish I would have found this place sooner!
