Dr. Keifer did not hurt me at all...Did not even feel the needle! WOW
I am a new patient and just had my first appointment. The doctor was great. He explained everything in a professional/personal manner. He asked me if I understood everything and if I had any questions. From the receptionist to the dental assistant everything ran very smoothly and they were also professional/personal. I have been to SO many dentists in my life! I had 2 teeth filled by Dr. James Kiefer. This was the very first time ever in my life that I felt absolutely NO pain!! He and his assistant were so polite and professional! I finally found my forever dentist!! The complete staff at Allegany Dental Care on Virginia Ave. in Hagerstown, Md. are the absolute best!!! Thank you all!!!
