Very quite, have a lot of machines and directions how to use and what muscles they hit. Perfect for people just starting out and have never used equiptment before.
It's a nice little gym with everything you need for a good workout. Couldn't find any of their prices online so here is a pic with their current info for 2025. (I was actually going to stop going because they jacked up the drop in price to $10. Lucky I have all the info from this sheet now. As long as their punch pass doesn't expire, I'll just do that now for $5.)
The folks who were very nice and this is certainly a nice facility. I was allowed to pay a day use fee to access the yoga room and go through my daily practice even when there was no scheduled class
The equipment here is garbage. I'll never buy another membership here. Glad our membership is almost over. 🙌
