It's a nice little gym with everything you need for a good workout. Couldn't find any of their prices online so here is a pic with their current info for 2025. (I was actually going to stop going because they jacked up the drop in price to $10. Lucky I have all the info from this sheet now. As long as their punch pass doesn't expire, I'll just do that now for $5.)

The folks who were very nice and this is certainly a nice facility. I was allowed to pay a day use fee to access the yoga room and go through my daily practice even when there was no scheduled class

The equipment here is garbage. I'll never buy another membership here. Glad our membership is almost over. 🙌

Fox News playing on the TVs. Seriously? Day pass was only $6 which is nice, but never going back. Ordered a turkey cucumber sandwich from the attached cafe after workout and there was no cucumber in it. Halfway through my sandwich I asked for a cucumber on the side and only then did the server inform me they were out of cucumbers. They have a sauna which is cool but pre-heat it during your workout if you want to use it. It's not kept hot and it heats up very slowly, I sat in there for 15 minutes and it only increased 4 degre... read more
