The issue was a blocked vent that led to moisture accumulation. The technician was able to clean and fix the vent within 2 hours. This team fixed everything in one afternoon, not like the last service that took several trips.
I was extremely pleased with this technician taking about 2 hours to properly inspect and clean the heating system and making sure everything was working well before leaving. My past experience with another firm the service was rushed and incomplete. This visit was a huge step forward from the rushed maintenance from previous winter which had issues within a short period of time requiring many follow ups.
