Saw Dr. Brown and an array of tests were ordered (costing more than $500 after insurance) and then radio silence. Haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone at this location or even receive a response from the “patient portal.” Called, messaged, left voice mails. Now, I have to start the process over again with a new physician since I haven’t heard back from this practice. If continuity of care or patient follow-up / responsiveness is important to you, I’d recommend finding another Doctor and practice.
