Guy at the front desk took a picture of my drivers license instead of scanning it, nurse left the door open while doing my intake, someone else’s pee sample was in the cabinet in the bathroom when I went to put mine in.
The two stars are for the care I was able to receive. I had a good experience with the RN who saw me. I got the ordered blood tests done and booked a virtual follow up appt. No one showed up for 30 min. I book again, and the same thing happened. I booked a third time, and when I called to confirm I was told the provider canceled the appointment. Because I cannot trust there to be any follow through, I wouldn’t feel safe to navigate any serious health issues with this location.
I had the worst experience. The doctors there do not stay long and your file apparently does not follow you. I was sent to get an ultrasound and the results of my ultra sound were not in my file so the new dr they had come in couldn't access my ultrasound. How weird is that? That's just one of the many issues with inconsistencies I experienced. Be cautious.
Do not go here. These people are decently nice in the office but they are not helpful when it comes to outstanding charges that were incorrectly allocated to me. I was charged $220 for “exposure to diseases” when I went for a strep test during my physical (which was negative). They also charged me for after hours/holiday when I had scheduled an appt within office hours on June 3…..
