Originally, it seemed great. However, the last few experiences were truly horrible. The doctor I was seeing just stopped explaining my test results and didn't provide any actual action items or follow up for issues that needed further attention. They swapped to a new corporation and the handling of patient data and follow up on requested forms was tremendously bad. You have to talk to a machine and an Indian call center before you can even talk to the front desk....

I never had the opportunity to visit this particular AllCare practice because my appointment was canceled shortly before it was scheduled. My review is based solely on my customer service experience. I had a virtual appointment scheduled for Friday at 9:30 a.m. About 30 minutes before the appointment, I received a call from their front desk stating that the visit would need to be conducted in person rather than virtually.
