I went to allcare for some testing requiring blood draws since I previously had a positive experience there. I showed up, paid, and then they informed me I would have to separately go to Labcorp. So then..why wouldn’t they tell me that over the phone or when I first checked in? They gave me a piece of paper with addresses for lab corp informing me that I could just walk in, no appt required. Rude unhelpful staff. Limited resources and competence. This is coming from a physician.
Absolutely terrible care. We made a virtual visit appointment, which we were on time for, and the doctor never joined. After waiting 35 plus minutes, we then started receiving telephone calls asking us to call. My spouse was very ill - the appointment was to ask for a prescription for a Covid anti-viral, so the changes were confusing and stressful. I have never left a negative review, for anything. This care facility proved to be a very frustrating experience. I was referred to them for a simple pre-op approval for rotator cuff surgery. After countless back and forth, I finally got an apt booked. Although, not at my desired location, but 10 miles away. Fine. I confirmed my apt (which I had already received a text and email response) that it was set. I completed all the pre appointment forms on line. Can't even begin to state how disappointed I am. Not only are they useless, they like to try to make it seem like it's YOUR fault they can't do anything right. Trying to schedule a visit is a nightmare and when you do you have to jump through multiple hoops of janky online forms that do NOT work. Tried to schedule an appointment, explained to them I'm low on time and needed basic treatment and they made it the most difficult process ever.
