Do not go here!!!!! Holy crap I do not know who's doing their admin stuff but they are actually horrible. I went to urgent care because it turns out I had mono and they only did a rapid COVID and flu test (which I had already done at home!) and barely anything else. Then they just let me leave. It would have saved me so much money if they had bothered to do a mono test but they didn't. Do NOT come here for any sort of lab testing. They'll just send you to the labcorp at the hospital down street which will turn you away since it's completely full and they require their own appointments Complete waste of time. Don't list it as a service if you dont actually do it!! And I had to wait 15 min after my appt time despite an empty office and filling all paperwork ahead of time

Not helpful at all. When you set up your appointment you have a list of about a dozen "why I am here today" options of things you might want to see the doctor about. You can pick ONE of them on the list. I had about 5 things not on the list I wanted to talk about. When I got there the doctor immediately started talking about referring me to other doctors for treatments and labs for bloodwork. This is a 0 star. The secretary who is there in the morning, a young, dark-haired woman, is very rude and arrogant. I have been to doctor's appointments twice and she has said that my insurance is not accepted, and it is a lie. The first time she said that my insurance was not accepted and that it changes every week. According to her, she was calling and texting me, but it was a lie. I never received any calls. My husband and I, who have the same insurance, decided to make an appointment for my husband and see if it is true.... read more
