Young black girl at the front desk. Said she’ll check the schedule. No hospitality could not even check with the doctor. Didn’t know what palpitations is. She says they don’t do walk ins but a huge walk in sign is in their front door. Just ride on her phone with headphones in.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it, I had a lot of issues coming in to this appointment. I have follow-ups and appointments I have to make for everything to stay current in my wellness. Dr. Lafon went through everything methodically, and kept me on track. She is fantastic! I always thought that places like ALLCARE were only for things you couldn’t make it to your PC for.
