Very pleased with prompt response and care.
Came into the place at 7:10 for a walk-in and was told they couldn’t take me because the last appointment they are taking was for 7. I understand they close at 8 but I just wanted a consultation to see what my issue was and couldn’t because I was 10 minutes past their preferred time. Went to Medstar Health: Urgent Care in Columbia at 7:30 and they took me! Much better experience with Medstar Health
My doctor's office was closed and I needed to be seen for a sinus infection. The Nurse Practitioner was excellent. She spent a good amount of time questioning me about my symptoms, plus she was very empathetic.
