Wish all medical office & our primary care dr office were like this McHenry location & staff. Front staff were friendly but little interaction. Today EM had Blood draw by Susan was painless. She is very friendly & made EM relax for the visit & laughing, yet professional. Susan is very much an asset to the AllCare Medical group & makes you want to come back for blood work again.
