After hearing about this practice and office from a trusted friend, I thought “Wow” this is exactly what I need after my last OBGYN relocated to TX. The office is conveniently located in the Henderson area and the front office staff are extremely nice. The wait (1.5 hrs) was a little irritating, but I took the day off so all in all it was fine. I love Jackie my doctor but the receptionist is terrible. Be careful because she will charge you way more than your deductible and try to tell you that's what the screen says. I'm my case 5x what my deductible is. I called my insurance company while I was there and she tried to say they couldn't do a charge back, in 2026 they couldn't do a charge back within 30 mins.
Please avoid this location. The NP Jackie was very rude. I went in for my 1st appt since finding out I was pregnant and I was concerned about spotting since it’s my 1st pregnancy. I tried to show Jackie a picture of the spotting and she completely dismissed me and rudely said I don’t want to see that’. Jackie made me feel unsafe and completely scared me told me I was actively miscarrying that she couldn’t do anything for me and she wouldn’t touch me.
