I ve been calling the doctor’s office over 2 weeks about my blood work result and nobody have any idea. They keep telling me they will get back to me but of course no one did ! Now I found out they lost my bloodwork at the end of 3rd week. It’s unbelievable , I am changing my doctor now and definetly not recommended this place. I am 3 months pregnant but I still don’t know if my blood work okay !!
Honestly, used to love Dr. leaphart. But, her new NP just was not for me. Very dismissive. Thought she was doing an annual on me. No, actually did a swab to test for infections and I didn’t know until I got a bill in the mail so thanks for that! Waste of money. Avoid if you can. Edit 2/1/26: NP did a test that I did not ask for or know about until after the fact. Just got a bill saying because she did not get it pre authorization, I now owe $1,200. I will be fighting this. Our experience with this practice has been incredibly disappointing, and we will never return. For both of my wife's scheduled deliveries, the doctor was late and didn't even end up delivering either of our babies. It was frustrating to schedule these births expecting our doctor to be there, only for that not to happen both times. The office staff have also been consistently rude. They said “Allcare” for women but the service says otherwise. Cannot get ahold of anyone to book appointments, No call back, and their patient care is terrible!
I love Jackie my doctor but the receptionist is terrible. Be careful because she will charge you way more than your deductible and try to tell you that's what the screen says. I'm my case 5x what my deductible is. I called my insurance company while I was there and the receptionist tried to say they couldn't do a charge back, in 2026 they couldn't do a charge back within 30 mins. Update: I was told they'd have to send my refund by check. It took me two weeks to get my money back and I had to dispute it with my bank, even tho... read more
