UPDATE: now they are scheduling appointments for me randomly without my permission!!! I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone to cancel or explain what is going on. Guess this is how the steal more of your money when you don’t show up for an appointment you didn’t schedule! RUN AWAY from this thieving business! I went to this office on 11/19 with severe tooth pain. I waited and saw the nurse and doctor explained what was going on and was prescribed medication. The pharmacy says they haven't received a prescription so I have been in pain all night without medicine. I called twice yesterday to see what the issue was only to be told that " We are helping other people" as if my pain and suffering is not important. As of 11/20 pharmacy says they still haven't received my prescription. Worst Service Ever
Came in as a walk in to get blood work and was in & out in literally 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and it was a short and painless visit!
This location on Allcare is not compared to my other experiences at other locations. The ppl I’ve talk to on the phone and the desk person are rude, they do not help you set up appointments, they keep says nothing is available and to do not try to accommodate you at all! I would not recommend, my experience with them has been tiring, rude, helpless, and waste of time!
Highly recommend this primary care center and Dr. Daniels as your provider. Dr. Daniels is exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. She takes the time to answer all your questions and proactively clarifies any billing details before your visit to help you avoid unexpected charges. Her professionalism and care are truly outstanding. The staff are also friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming environment while keeping appointments moving.
