The pharmacy staff are incompetent. Constant mistakes. You need to have multiple conversations on your meds because they don't take notes and don't communicate with each other. With how forgetful they are in filling and delivering prescriptions, it's only a matter of time before someone is injured.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this pharmacy. A few days ago, I requested that my blood pressure medication be delivered because it is a medication I must take every day. Despite explaining how important it was, my request was refused. After calling several times to follow up, the pharmacist was rude and dismissive. I attended my daughter’s appointment with Dr. Simin Emadzadeh, who was her family doctor at the time. My daughter asked simple questions about her treatment and medications. She was not rude, aggressive, or disrespectful at all. She was trying to understand what was happening with her medical care. The doctor’s reaction was very upsetting to witness. I was Dr. Emadzadeh’s patient, and my experience ended in one of the most shocking and distressing medical appointments I have ever had. I attended what I expected would be a routine appointment.
