Specializing in custom design and in-house repair service, Howard Jewelers offer exquisite jewelry at fair prices. I have purchased our wedding rings there as well as many watches for my husband. They do a great job with repairs and will even replace batteries or pins in an inexpensive watch not purchased from them.
