Poor attention to detail. Horrible customer service. They don't show up when they say they will. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Also left our home a disaster area after a bedbug treatment. Totally unprofessional.
I don't even know how these people stay in business!!!??? The office gal who answers the phone, if she answers the phone that is, is awful!!!! She can't schedule anything. She says she will have one of the service guys call you back but it never happens!!! Unless you happen to have a service guys cellphone number, you will never get a call back, ever!!!! I have friends and family who have experienced the exact same thing from this lady!!! Worst customer service in the world! Don't even bother!
