I came in here to fill a prescription that needed to be mixed. While I was waiting on my prescription I witnessed the pharmacy team loudly talking about patients person information and making fun of them. Specifically I heard one pharmacist say, “This patient isn’t disabled! Why don’t they just come in and pick it up?!” This is completely inappropriate and out of line. The pharmacist I personally dealt with was rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and acted as if I was wasting her time. Needless to say I will not be returning
We have had a long-standing relationship with this pharmacy, which makes this situation particularly disappointing. A medication was called in on Monday. No one contacted us to confirm whether we wanted it filled until Tuesday. Then, at 4:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve—on a day when the pharmacy closed two hours early—we were finally called and told that we could pick it up on Sunday.
