First time home buyer here and Allan was so patient and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and reassuring me throughout the process. I had a short window of time to look at homes and in the span of 3 weeks, we must have looked at about 30 homes, which was exhausting! I was starting to get really discouraged, but he had such a positive attitude that kept the both of us going. Allan did a great job helping us buy a condo. Not only is he extremely responsive and good at communicating, but he got a great deal for us that was 20k under the asking price, with furniture included. He also helped us close on time despite missteps from the lender and title companies. He is very knowledgeable about Washington real estate and gives great advice. I would definitely recommend him if you are thinking of buying or selling a home.
