He is very aggressive in his conversations regarding the life expectancy for the patient. He decided that my mom is poor prognosis. From only one time seeing her in the hospital. I really don’t like him or like his notes. I would never recommend him to anyone.
Terrible customer service doesn’t pick up the phone and treats patients with no empathy
RUDE RUDE RUDE Called the office because my dad was having pain/burning sensation in his back he’s been complaining about for days. He’s battling stage 4 cancer. I was under the impression that by calling the doctor’s office you are put in touch with a doctor that is working. Apparently and this is verbatim “This is unfair that you are waking me up for this”. I’m a medical doctor(Pediatrician) with 38 years in practice. We have the honor of counting with Dr Cruz in my brother in law’scare.
