I called and asked for an eye test visit at Libertyville office. When I arrived at the office and filled out a questionnaire, the doctor said that she can only check my vision if I buy glasses in this office. Since I was not sure that I needed new glasses, I was forced to leave the office without eye examination. Time wasted without result.
