Dr. Alla Al - Habib will always go the extra mile! She truly cares. Wish I could say this much about her office staff. Her office assistant cares and is the sweetest lady. Wish I would say the same about the front greeting staff you can tell they are there to just collect a paycheck and the phone system are a joke!
Phones don’t get answered, impossible to schedule appointment. Doctor could be great or not? I don’t know but his scheduling staff is fully incompetent.
I’m so grateful to Dr. Alaa Alhabib for the amazing care she’s given me. From the very first visit, I felt heard and taken care of. She really listens to all my concerns and explains everything in a way that makes sense. Her expertise and kind, patient approach have made a huge difference in my health. I can’t recommend Dr. Alhabib enough to anyone looking for a neurologist who truly cares about their patients.
