Seneca? Not sure on spelling, has to be the worst medical assistant I have ever dealt with in the history of doctors. She is rude, cuts people off, and lies to Dr. Al-Habib when trying to express concerns. I have been a patient with Dr Al-Habib for a few years now and will be switching due solely to her medical assistant. This isn’t the doctor for you if you have any kind of a complex issue. I was dismissed by this neurology office after reporting severe neurological symptoms, new seizures, and hospitalizations. Despite an autoimmune history and concern for CNS lupus, I was denied an urgent referral to a research hospital (even though it was being recommended by my rheumatologist.) Dr.Alla Al-Habib and her assistant are aways ready to help on the other hand do not expend that from her front desk staff and the phone system is a joke. I gave a 5 starts strictly for the Dr’s services.
I liked her truthfulness and candor.
When I first walked in, there was no waiting and the front desk was very professional, nice, polite and helpful. Dr. Alla Al-Habib was amazing, she took time to ask me questions and listened to me. Definitely, I would recommend everyone who’s looking for a good Neurologist to go see her.
