Excellent service from start to finish. Techs were so polite and answered all my questions and cleaned up very thoroughly when they installed my new 2 ton a.c. unit. Price was great and I would highly recommend them.

I have been with this company for 30 years They always take care on me. And never leave me hanging. Summer or Winter. I just had a new heat pump put in today. Could not ask for better. The men are away very nice.

Josh Tramble of All Year was AMAZING, and went above and beyond what any company would. We had a disaster with A DIFFERENT company who installed our HVAC system 3 years ago. They wired the overflow switch for the condensate system backwards so it didn't sense there was water in the pan and shut the system down as it is supposed to do. And the system was in the attic! Imagine the mess when the pan overflowed into the bathroom below. Needless to say, I did not want to call the company who installed it to assess what the issue ... read more

I called all year heating and cooling because my Airconditioning was not working as well as it used to! They came to my house to inspect it and said it needed freon! They charged me $200 for one pound of freon! And my Airconditioning showed no improvement! I called them back to have someone come do the job I had already payed them to do and they said they were going to charge me again! Our heat pump went out in 2015. My wife and I have owned 31 homes since we were married. So we have used a lot of different heating specialist over the years. We tried All year Heating and Cooling in Kernersville. We got one of the best units available at what I thought was a good price. They were the best we had ever been associated with. Not to mention, our electric bill dropped an average of $30.00 a month. Great company, great work, great follow up. LWB

I have seen a couple of negative reviews about All Year Cooling & Heating but my story is that of complete opposite. When I called to ask a few questions on pricing and how they could help my with my A/C since it was broke at the time and about 90 degrees in my house they stated how busy they were but without a doubt could service me at 7 pm of course after hours !!! :) the tech came out serviced my unit got me up and running in about 30 mins. I worked at All Year for many years. I quit in 2008 because of all the shadiness of the owner David Smith and his employee Anita Sowers. I was night manager and had to reprimand an employee for wearing untasteful clothing, when I did so the lady's feelings got hurt and she went to Mrs. Sowers and said a lot of untrue things.
