My husband and I paid for a premium membership with All Wet. Unfortunately, their service reps have no idea what they are doing + installed the wrong rotors + had them over spraying our trees, directly. This has led to our trees developing fungus and they are dying. We had them come out again at which point they replaced the incorrect rotors that they installed and then tried to bill us for $844. We emailed the company to dispute it and they never responded. After two weeks we followed up with them again and they said they w... read more
Last season, I paid for one of their technicians to replace my backflow valve and spigot. I noticed a leak and told the tec before winterizing the system, he said they can take care of it next year. I tried to get their irrigation start up special to no avail. When I finally connected, the customer rep said I was a day late and won't honor it (though the special ended on a Sunday when the company is closed).
