Outstanding Customer Service! I had a couple of issues and although I was not aware of the fact that my Dad and I would have to drywall mud and paint the inside because they didn’t make a large enough Bay Window frame these folks have been accommodating in making sure the money expended was worth the purchase. David Clay seems especially knowledgeable among the folks I have been working with! Kudos on employing him!!
Had a great install of our slider today! Ben and John were friendly, professional, and did a thorough job.
Our experience has not been good. Very little follow up on issues that we’ve called about and never in a timely manner. Service techs that have come to the house have been nice. Not worth the hefty price unfortunately.
