We have had several fireplaces and stoves installed by All Ways Warm. Their installation and customer service is top notch and the fireplaces and stoves they carry at very high quality. They show up when they are scheduled and they work quickly, whether it is an installation or chimney cleaning and maintenance.

Will never use Always Warm again. Gave them full specs of the space we needed to heat. Went with their recommendation and it doesn’t even come close to heating our space. Called to complain and the result was for $2k extra they would swap out for a bigger unit. No thank you! The professionalism and honesty that they exuded was non existent. Also, when I was quoted the unit I asked what that price included and was told the blower and remote was included in that price. Nope! … See more

We just bought a new house and had them replace the wood stove with a pellet one.From sale to installation everything went exactly as they promised.Very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend them.

Edit: after review, they called and came out and fixed the issue. Put the sensor plate in a good location. Works perfect. Friendly&informative technician I haven't been able to get a call back. It is very difficult to contact them unless you are scheduling something that costs $$. They came out in early Nov. to clean the fireplace insert& chimney and replace blower (under warranty). The blower is not working even though they just put a new one in. I can't get ahold of them. I left multiple messages. This is my only heat sour... read more

I have talked to the manager and he promised me he will call you tomorrow morning after looking over the paper work and hopefully we will get this sorted out for you. After spending thousands of dollars on fireplace units, I had occasion to call the Lockport All-ways warm store because the remote unit purchased at that store began to control another fireplace unit in my home. Since that room was not often used, the temperature went up to 90 degrees for some time before it was noticed. After a call and an additional trip to the store yielded no solution from their advice, All-ways warm did not return my call leaving me with a very dangerous situation. Tex Ellis
