Called at 5am when furnace was out to leave a message- a few minutes later I got a call back and had a guy at my house at 8:30am. Diagnosed the problem- he ordered the part locally, and returned and had the furnace running before 1:00. Stuck gas valve- charged a very reasonable price. This is not the first time they’ve taken care of us- we’ve been using them for years and have always been pleased with their service.
When our old HVAC system failed we found Joe to be a good listener and a problem solver. He gave us options and prices and really helped us design the right system for our home. We wanted to manage the humidity inside to protect our newly installed wood windows. It turned out our ventilation system needed some correction but that was no problem for Joe and Josh. Furnce stoped working sunday night at 10:30 pm 12/7/25 6% degrese out. Calleld All-Ways. Joe came out first thing in morning and found the propblem with parts and a fix to get it up and running . They are the best . Exsplained what was bad and not working.... Highley recomended ... they are my guys for any heat or air problems ..
Called right away on a Monday morning and Joe was able to come out to take a look at our A/C later that same day. (our home warranty said it would be a week to get someone out after the 4th of July.) Being it was a 23 year old unit, and running R22 with a probable leak, we decided we would replace it and put any repair costs towards a new unit. We were able to get by with the old unit until about a week later and scheduled to have All-ways come out to install the new unit. They were in and out for the install in about 3 hour... read more
