Installed our exhaust the wrong way and was building condensation. I would not trust the skills of these technicians and the company itself. Wished I could provide negative 1.
Do not trust this guy as he neither has the technical skills nor ability to provide any customer service. He came out in November to fix my electrical heater, charged around $400 to replace a random peace which only worked for a day. He came back and replaced the circuit breaker for $200 and claimed electrical heaters can live forever as long as you maintain them. Now two months later the heater stopped working again. Ken is a straight and honest person. He effectively troubleshot the issue of my furnace, ordered a discontinued control circuit board and fixed my furnace today. Thanks much Ken for efforts.
