After waiting 2-3 weeks for a follow up phone call that I never received regarding home care for my father in law, I was told they don’t remember talking with me. I had written down info regarding our conversation and was told they would need to check to see if they had someone work in our area. This office is a joke, if you live out north don’t count on them for any help.
Ended up with a bed bug infestation from our caretaker. $650 and not being comfortable having a caretaker come in my home now added to my list of anxiety. Thanks for nothing but a headache. My number is on file with your company. I've discussed this with the St. Joseph office. You're more than welcome to reach out to me.
