No show. Repeatedly. Not even the professional enough to call and say they aren’t coming. Not once…3 times in 5 weeks. If you or your loved one is a VA patient I recommend a different agency. I recommend a different agency for all honestly. Called the so called supervisor the first couple times they rarely answer their phone. 7 tries to get anyone to answer. Doubt I try again. My father and mother deserve at the least a phone call. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
