We bought a new, 3 ton Trane heat pump system + installation for our home from Always Air Control in Tacoma on 7/21/ 2021, since then we have had constant problems with the system.    We had Always Air come to our home once because th unit was constantly going onto emergency heat, the serviceman said it was normal and if he came out again we would be charged for it .   The problem got worse and finally we had no heat except emergency propane .   Always  Air wouldn't  even return our calls, we called the general contractor, h... read more

Unbelievably shady company. Rod acted completely inappropriately in my home- even going to far as to finally hit on me and ask me if I was single and wanted to “hang out sometime,” and when I said I was not looking to date he continued to press- I am a young single female who lives alone, and this stranger who came into my home made me feel completely violated and nervous. He commented on my home being messy as well, and at one point told I could “ take my mask off,” as he took his off. I have an elderly mother who stays wit... read more

We purchased a brand new house in May, 2014. The furnace had been installed by this company. Four and a half years later, we started to have problems with it. I called a different company out for repair, only because they were considerably closer to my home. After having repair people out to our home on five different occasions, it was finally determined that the root cause of the malfunction was due to the fact that they had not put a regulator on the furnace to change it from gas to propane. Several years ago we contacted All-Ways Air Control to have them come install air conditioning in our home. They came on time, were polite, and quickly installed the air conditioning unit and an air cleaner. They showed me about the operation of the unit and provided their contact information. The process was very easy and there were no glitches. We have had them back annually to check and tune up any minor problems, and each time they have been a pleasure to work with.
