We bought a new, 3 ton Trane heat pump system + installation for our home from Always Air Control in Tacoma on 7/21/ 2021, since then we have had constant problems with the system. We had Always Air come to our home once because th unit was constantly going onto emergency heat, the serviceman said it was normal and if he came out again we would be charged for it .
