Michael was upbeat, friendly, professional, knowledgeable as well as being friendly, courteous and respectful. He performed our semi-annual checkup efficiently & explained in detail that everything is AOK. Somehow 4 years ago I got rerouted to a different company (a long story). That company came out recently and said my TXV was severely stuck open and the repair would be costly, I should replace this old unit. Wanting a second opinion, I searched HVAC companies in my area and was shocked to see All Volusia Heating and Air as I was told 4 years ago that that the company I was now using had bought it due to the owner of the other retiring. Tyler and Hector are great. Tyler explained what needed to be done. He showed me the issue and how he could fix it. He was very clear what repairs needed to be done and did the repair very quickly and got it fixed.’
