I would never recommend this company to anyone. Salesperson told us it would take 2-4 weeks order time, and we should call them once we had a pool instillation date. We told the salesperson it would be 6-8 weeks from the day we signed, which would put us at mid-August to early September. Our salesperson told us that would NO problem. Two weeks later we received a call from All Vinyl telling us our installation date would be end of October. We told the caller that was unacceptable, and not at all what the sales told us. Would never recommend this company to anyone, EVER. We waited over a month to have the fence installed (Not a huge deal during COVID, I understand). After 2 days on the job the fence was still unfinished, come the third day no one showed up. After calling the office multiple times with no answer or a return phone call, I got a hold of the salesman who told me they had a “bigger job” that needed to get done today. They offered a great price and included cement work. Which now I understand why...sub par craftsmanship. The deck was built ok, we have steps up to it and they are off level and crooked. it’s only been 6 years. They did our concrete patio too and it’s cracked and needs repair. Our salesman Bob is a POS. Please!! Get another salesman if you’re stuck with him. So! We just had our old deck redone and vinyl railing installed. We are very happy with how it looks. Miguel and his crew did a wonderful job. These guys were awesome. Very polite and hard working. Cleaned up each day before they left. Had some issues with getting this job started. In my opinion, it was due to lack of communication by the salesman Bob with the necessary people at All Vinyl Fencing. It took longer than we were initially told but it does look beautiful and they do great work.
